Never do shopping at Takealot on Black Friday

I am a regular Takealot customer and suddenly after Black Friday they cant deliver to my usual address, or at least that is the latest lie from their side. I have spend countless hours on the phone to try and track my order but with no luck. Now the order is being transferred to a new courier company and that is causing another delay of a few days. Once again I was promised a follow up email from the consultant that helped me but have not received the email with the reference. I have no hope left.
