Never delivered my item ZAR 4000 ******

My item return was rejected on the 4th of April and now it is May and I have still not recieved my item. No one seems to care that I have been waiting for my item now for a month. I just want the item delivered or my money back. What in the hell customer service is this, takealot I thought you were better than this.
