NEVER BUYING FROM TAKEALOT

I bought some gifts for a baby shower and on that i found that 2 people bought the same gits ass mine, that's when i decided to return the ones I bought .After a while not hearing from them, I decided to make a follow up ,and I was told that they have rejected my return cause the item was dirty? asked them how is that possible and where is the proof that I did that ? or is it from their side? I called and told to allow them some time to escalate the matter, no feedback decided to call again and was told they are waiting for photographs from returns team and I'm still waiting, the returns were collected on the 31.10.2023.
