Never buy textbooks from Takealot.com!

I usually order all my textbooks from Takealot so this time was no different. I ordered a textbook on Takealot this week. However, when I received the textbook, the front cover was completely bent and thus damaged. I emailed Takealot to complain and ensure this does not happen again - which has still not been responded to - thereafter, I logged an exchange on the website. They delivered another textbook and I sent the first, damaged textbook back. When I opened this second package however, the second textbook I had received ALSO has a bend in the front cover.

I will never buy textbooks from Takealot again.
