Never Buy from Takealot!!!

Thought I learned my lesson. I promised myself to never buy at Takealot again. Again I stepped into a trap. Ordered again and again a problem with my delivery!! I phoned first. Send an e-mail to [Email Removed] on the 6th of August at 4.27pm to please send the time slot of delivery to my wife. Next I phone on Friday to ask why neither me nor my wife has received a Ticket on what the timeslot is. Sakhumzi said she will get back to me (***). Still waiting for her to get back to me. Get a mail from Jodie Hamici that they tried to deliver but we were not at home!! I phone again today just to find out that I will not get my package because Fedex don't deliver on weekend or Public Holidays!! Do you at Takealot think if we as clients must sit at home waiting for a parcel to get delivered a whole day?? I am still waiting for the SMS althought the lady told me the SMS was sent! People please do not order from Takealot!! The worst mistake kalahri could have done was to merge with Takealot. I never had problems like this with them.Disgusted with the service.
