Never buy expensive items from Takealot, especially when consisting of more than one item

Do not buy expensive items from Takealot ever! There system cannot handle returns where there are multiple items! Takealot supp**** me with a faulty XBOX, inclusive of two games. As the unit was defective and unable to start up, i logged a return request MRRN-6V9B4-JYEQ (***). We were two persons bringing the faulty equipment physically back to the Takealot collection point. We took care to explain to the Takealot person that the whole package, Xbox and games are being returned. Now, to my surprised Takealot aggressively writes to me that a return will not be accepted, accusing me a taking the games! Incredible - Takealot supplies faulty equipment, inconveniencing the customer, then falsely accuse the customer. Check your camera's,etc. before accusing your customer. Consumers only lose with Takealot!
