NEVER BUY ELECTRONICS OF ANY KIND FROM TAKEALOT

TAKEALOT IS A ****! NEVER BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a Lenovo tablet on the 11th Jan, literally a month later it packs up. It was for my daughter for school so naturally I would label it for security reasons. They reject my claim saying that it has not been taken care of and there is damage to the product. There is no scratch, it didn't fall yet they send a picture of a screen that actually has a screen protector that I bought from them. Busi their rep first rejects the return, when I request proper reasons then a Michael sends me some screen dump of a vague extract he copied and pasted elsewhere about lack of product care. I respond wanting to know the ACTUAL reasons for the return rejection...both of them ignore my email. No one bothers to give me actual Affersales or technical reasons. A name label on a tablet cannot cause damage.. A brand new unit of a month old packs up and no one is decent enough to explain why! I am so disappointed at their shoddy service. NEVER BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM TAKEALOT. OF ANY KIND!!!
