NEVER BUY ELECTRONIC GOODS FROM TAKEALOT

I have recently bought a playstation audio buds from takealot which has a 12 monty warranty. The device is not even 2 months old. The charging case is not charging anymore. According to reviews on the web its a common issue. The item has been returned back to Takealot. They evaluated the item in 1 day amd declined the return stating user damage. The item has not been dropped or damaged and looks as good as new. Secondly Takealot does not have the mean capable to decide the issue with the product without sending it to the supplier and have made their own assessment based on assumptions.

Its the first and last time I will be buying any electronic item from takealot as its the first time im seeing a return dealt with in this nature without a proper evaluation made on the item. I have call numerous times requesting a detailed damage report indicating the exact faulty and which component is damaged aswell as the capacity and qualification of the technician that evaluated the product and what qualifies him to give that conclusion. They are avoiding and not assisting. I WILL RECOMMEND NEVER BUYING ANY ELECTRICAL ELECTRONIC ITEM FROM TAKEALOT AS NUMEROUS STORES THAT SPECIALISE IN THESE PRODUCTS HAVE THE EXACT SAME SALES AS THEM. They sell on behalf of retailers but dont follow the proper return policies on these items and make up assumptions base on eye assessments. Actually a disgrace for Sony to allow their products to be handled in this manner as a customer of playstation for 20 years and paying R5000 for product that lasted less than 2 months.
