I ordered a sleep mask waited so long and I ordered a alarm system when all was delivered eventually I saw the sleep mask was not what I wanted they then credited my account I wanted to get another diffrent one they out of stock my alarm system was tampered with the box wasn't sealed as they normaly do one one piece of tape around it the blue small box inside was open not sealed there where you close it was torn I had the consultant on the phone while I opened it and told her the black little part is not one on picture the silver bolt to connect the alarm wasn't there I'm still waiting I've sent them so many pic oh we investigating what there to investigate send me a new one 7 emails back and forth they say their calls are recorded why cant they pull that call they hear everything the peoples names is as follows Dawn P Tazwell D I don't know what else you want from me and I am a very good customer almost spent 30 grand in one month by them and this is what I get I'm dusgusted so with no luck I'm turning to the media end of story I am done you people are taking forever with this I need my car alarm
