Never buy any big applices at takealot. If it gives problems you have to pay and no return!

This is probably the first time im so dissapointed in Takealot amd the last time ill be using their services. I sent my generator back as it really get super hot, makes more noise than usually, they rubber of its feet tore. Even the wheen broke off and i had to pay to get it fixed. Having it picked up and literally squeezed into a takealot small bakkie on the 13th of August amd been waiti g for a reply ever since. I finnaly received word amd that is where the dissapointment started. Waiting for over a month ive had to buy another generator since my work is dependent on electricity in loadshedding. I was let know that the oil is black and low(even though i changed the oil 2 months ago), the plug have been burnt, it was run on choke (ive only ever used choke to start the generator as was instruckted on the manual), the rubber feet is torn(indeed, thats one of the reasons sending it back and as its been stationary since i got it in a cage not sure whose fault it is getting tored as it was cracked and collapsing when i had it) im truly dissapointed as in the past if any electrical or machinery gives problem a repair rarely fix it and thats why i requested a return and not an exhange. On my application to return the generator i stated i do not want an exchange or repair but a return as i now had to buy another generator because takealot took ages. I have firends and family having the exact same generator not having this issues and thos is dissapointing too. I WILL NEVER BUY BIG APPLIANCES OR RECCOMEND ANYONE TO DO SO. IM SO HAPPY AMAZON WILL BE UP AND RUNNING SOON IM SICK OF TAKE ALOT NOT CARING OF WJAT ITS CONSUMERS THINK?!
