Never been this disregard for something I paid for.

I want to cuss so bad... Ordered my parcels on the 21st of June 2024. Chose a day I knew that I would be available. Paid R70 for delivery on said day, which was 8th of June 2024, you would think it would give them enough time to prepare for delivery. Those items where shipped at 14:28 on Saturday the 8th for delivery before 17:00 that day. It is now 11:38 10th of June 2024. I sent an email on the 9th to enquire about the delivery. Not getting the delivery is one thing, but the lack of communication is appalling, disgusting etc. Used to love takealot but this one just..
