Never buy any big household items from takealot when the product is faulty you must contact the supplier and when you have to get your money back because of a faulty item this is where the waiting starts nobody from takealot responds to any emails Midea said I must get a refund from takealot and takealot only takes money and doesn't give a lot of attention to aftersales.
