Never again will I use takealot

I made an order on the 31st of March for a Bible for my child and a simple cellphone charger but apparently now on 2 occasions it was delivered at an incorrect facility and it has now been rescheduled twice, and the customer service bots are the most annoying if you keep emailing them they all just keep saying they will escalate the issue and provide feedback I am so annoyed.
