Never again will I recommend use of Takealot

I bought a cell phone from Takealot and it was delivered n the 27th of Dec, when I opened the device I found that it was dead on arrival and I logged a return with them on the same day ( RRN-5562-39a5). I was told the return will happen within 3 working days then received an SMS confirming a date and time, the courier never arrived despite me waiting at home the whole day while on holiday because they could not give me a time neither can the delivery guy phone prior to delivery!!!! Since then I phoned them almost everyday but the phone get drops in ones ear if you start complaining, you are being told that the the department is over loaded or you get empty promises. Left my holiday destination without the phone being collected on the 5th of Jan 2016. Back in the office on the 11th I spoke to Nashima Charles that confirmed I quote \Please be advised that your return has been concluded
