Never again will I order from Takelot after their abysmal service!

I am exploding with rage 🤬 Takealot has always been excellent, but their service and customer assistance have nosedived. 👃 I received a parcel on Tuesday with something I had not ordered, and two items I had ordered were not supp****. It is Friday today and for the past 4 days, I have spoken to numerous assistants and sent numerous emails askng for assistance. My airtime has been exhausted twice and the items gone out of stock. I cannot log a return as he items were not delivered! These items are also non-returnable! Nothing has helped solve this issue. Takealot's system believes the full order was delivered and that seems to be that! Their warehouse could never have erred (sarcasm). I will never place another order and cannot wait for the arrival of Amazon in SA.
