Never again waste of my time

We just received half of our order, The driver insisted that the company was aware and would send the rest, I did not want to take the order but he insisted, When I check online it now says order completed .I tried to contact them they asked me to send pictures .I have done all they have asked and still not received my parcel. This is very frustrating as this is the third time getting terrible service .We bought goods from them which where faulty instead of refund we got credit ,we used credit to purchase again and exactly same problem, Now we got credit again we decided to buy something else and now we only have half an order. Im so tired of the lack of care shown by this company .Never again Order #***3
