Never again Takelot.com!

I ordered something for express delivery on Wednesday 25 March for express delivery and the extra for that. I received a sms on Thursday that my parcel would be delivered before 5 o'clock. They never pitched. On Thursday night I got a sms stating that my address was not complete, but when I checked, it was. On Friday I got a sms that it would be delivered before 5 on Friday. Still nothing!!! I understand, with the lockdown everything is a bit challenging but the you must say that you cannot fullfill my order and give m money back!! My order number is ***3.
