Never Again!!

I used to be an avid fan of Takealot but now swear I'll never use them again. Purchased a Xiaomi Redmi 9T in 2021, phone gave problems after 9 months (handed phone in for repairs on 18/8/22, they sent me back another refurbished phone (same hardware problems), 30 emails and calls later they promised (telephonically & in writing) to refund me. That was on 8/10/22. I handed back their phone on 14/10/22, 20 more generic email excuses about not finding my phone in their warehouse.Sent email to pick up point manager who offered to assist (no replies to my f/up emails) Only after reporting them to Consumer Journalist, posting on FB Groups etc did I receive "a" phone from them on 19/11/22 and it is damaged. They have reneged on their promise to refund me, won't return calls and will not forward me details of management I can discuss matter with. Sent messages to Directors via FB DM and no reply. At my wits end!!! Any suggestions?
