Never again 😡

I ordered a water heater from takelot.com first they sent me an email that there is a delay. Now two days later they tell me my order was cancelled and I will not get my money back instead I will get my refund when I order something else. Like really? after my first time experience with them I don't want to order anything from them again 😡 how do I get my refund? Really annoyed
