Nespresso machine supp**** without all of its contents.

I bought a nespresso latissima one from takealot and made payment immediately. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday 20th September 2025. They delivered the machine without all of its contents (definitely a returned unit). I contacted the support centre immediately and demanded that all of its contents need to be supp**** with the purchase as advertised. They refused to assist and deliver all of the contents. NOTE THAT THIS WAS NOT AN OPEN BOX SPECIAL. This was ordered as a gift for my wifes 30th birthday which is today 21st September 2025. Instead of giving her the machine she wanted, she received pieces of the machine. Very poor service from Takealot. Looks like I would need to go to the ombudsman to resolve this matter.
