Nescafe Dolce Gusto Lumio Coffee Machine 3.7kg white

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH TAKEALOT.COM SERVICES. i have ordered a Nescafé Dolce Gusto Lumio Coffee machine 3.7kg in white, the 1st order the machine didnt have a cold and hot button, so i returned it and asked for a replacement. when i got the 2nd machine, they had sent me the Dolce Gusto machine Infinissima which was not what i wanted and the the machine was used and dirty it had a used coffee pode and it leaked water all over. 3rd attempt again, i orderd a Nescafé Dolce Gusto Lumio. Takealot.com deliver the infinissima so i have returned it and when i called to complain they keep asking what is the issue and they told me they had the Lumio in stock......

They also said they would call back and they never did....
