negligent takealot

I ordered a Galaxy Projector Light Astronaut and paid for it. Instead I was sent a Star Master Night Galaxy projector for kids& Teens. This is a substandard cheap plastic model and not even close to what I ordered. The order was returned after maddening emails. Now I wanted to use the astronaut as a gift for my grandsons graduation. It was delivered to me in Northwest and I travelled to Durban. Now Takealot in their wisdom is sending the parcel to Northwest after I requested that I am in Durban and have it send there. They are unable to change deliver address. Now I must pay to have it couriered from Northwest to Durban. They were negligent and I must pay. The graduation is 29 December delivery is 8 December today is 25/11/2025. now I have nothing to give my grandson. Shame on you takealot!
