Neglect of customers.

I ordered a TV through Takealot on Thursday the 25th of April around 8am. In urgency I paid for "guaranteed" same day delivery only to be disappointed. Not only did I not receive the delivery but I was not informed until after 5, after I made an inquiry. The next day it was delivered however 2 of the accessories were not included that were stated on the site. I immediately called to enquire about replacements and arrangements were made for Thursday the 2nd of May for collection of the product to be returned with a replacement. This involved re-packing the TV and transporting it to my office for collection only to be informed it would not be collected that day. I was not informed either needing to call once more to received updates. I um extremely dissatisfied with this service and constant neglect to inform a customer of setbacks. I will not be using Takelot from this day forth.
