Needs improvement

I’m not happy with Takealot service I ordered a few days ago and they said I’m gonna receive my order in 2 days time then they sent an sms stating I’m gonna receive my package before 7pm because there are some delays I didn’t receive any feedback then I had to call again to check with them that’s when they sent an email.
