Need help to resolve takealot ****

I ordered a red huawei P smart+ 2019 with 6gb ram I received a black phone with 4gb ram.The battery was horrible so I decided to refund the phone.After the parcel has been picked up from my residence takealot emailed me a few days after saying the screen is cracked and they wont refund me.I informed them I did not crack the screen.They have not refunded me till this day and I refuse to accept the phone back since it wasn’t what I ordered in the first place and they damaged the phone even more and putting the blame on me.I just want a refund to my original payment method but now I lost money and don’t even have the phone.Please help
