Need an actual person to talk to me!
I am very disappointed in takealot. I keep calling and they keep answering the phone and placing it next to them whilst they ignore me(i can hear them talking in the background/watching something). Got through once was placed on hold for 30 minutes and the terminated the call in my hear.

30 Aug 2023, 14:09Its been a week of getting the phone cut off in my ear! One person take a number topull up account and the next refuses and says the cant do that, cant get transferred to a manager when asked. Truly ridiculous if you ask me
