Need a competitor in the market

I have been a huge customer of Takealot.com and over the last month have placed several orders which all had issues in one way or another. Items delivered damaged, items I paid R95 to be delivered the next day only arriving 3-4 days later. Queries not being actioned, no follow through. Returns not being processed properly, the site indicating a delivery is scheduled when its NOT. It really is absolutely ridiculous.
