Near ******** behavior

Takealot has been near ********. Their driver, dropped off a delivery at a random petrol station. When I complained and wanted a refund I was harassed by the local depot. Getting calls, from individuals that refuse to give their names. Have been 3 weeks of daily emails and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I was phone by the area owner Susan, that was again very aggressive.

Member from Takealot staff have been pointing fingers to each other the entire time.

Super sad I couldn’t get a Lego set due to this process. Can’t wait for Amazon to hopefully let Takealot value customers again.
