nappies pants

i order pant nappies at takealot the delivered it 11 march and i recieved one pack and the came to collect it the next day and came back 16 march and there was once again 1 pack of bappies agian i ask them where is my otger nappies they coulded answer me so we called and the hunges up on us 10 time i beed that nappies please help me
