I have purchased big items from takealot (furniture) and had no idea that a faulty item would turn out to be such a huge issue to return.

I thank Nadia D and Natasha D for your prompt assistance during this struggle.

Dealing with different departments and so to say call centre agents, it's quite difficult to get a message across but Nadia lived up to her word and ensured I got my full refund processed for x2 units I've purchased, one being faulty, my refund got declined by the returns department meanwhile they had it mistaken with someone else's parcel - not a pleasant situation to have dealt with.
