N95 masks reported to be ****

I bought N95 masks from Takealot.com. I find out in the media (Business Insider) that they have pulled these masks off their site as they were reported to be ****. Nobody from Takealot contacted me to let me know. I am a medical doctor and I have used these masks to protect myself while seeing patients. Usually if a medical product is found to be defective there is a process to recall all stock and to warn the users of the defect. No such effort was made. I feel Takealot has a responsibility to the user which they have failed to uphold.
