My worst nightmare with TakeALot ,Useless people!!
TakeaLot you are my worst nightmare, I have never dealt with such worst mediocre company like TakeaLot in my life, you care less about customer service and all you do best is to shift the blame to someone else, wheres I am buying from you not the other person. I bought a metal fan from you on the 20th of November and on the 6th my order was cancelled 2 days before it was suppose to be delivered due to out of stock, I bought another fan and I requested that if the fan is plastic they must inform me so I can the order because the product didn't have much description and the agent did'nt have such info. No one bothered to come back to me and I received the fan, and it was PLASTIC!!! something I stated I dont want. I logged a return on the 8th of December and even today I'm still waiting for you to come fetch this plastic fan of yours. Everyday I hear unprofessional story of why they can not come fetch it, no one is bothering to call me, I have to call everyday using my airtime waiting 25min in the que to get assistance, and all I get is endless \we apologise"but nothing is being done to put my life at ease instead you just making my life HELL everyday & please Sheena must not call me"""
As previously discussed with Sheena from our complaints team the stock for your second order had arrived much sooner than anticipated and delivery was therefore completed before we were able to provide you with the requested information. We rely on our suppliers to provide us with such information and therefore had to await their feedback in order to assist you. We will liaise with our returns team to confirm why this item has not been collected yet.
Our complaints team will be in touch with you as soon as they've received an update from our returns team and they'll gladly assist in getting your return concluded as soon as possible.
