My two month ordeal with Takealot - Be warned

<p>I bought two suitcases from Takealot (order number ********** ) on 30 of November 2016. One suitcase was delivered around 3 weeks later. While the 2nd larger suitcase was never delivered. I called them and cancelled the order and asked takealot to come and collect their one suitcase. Which they did and refunded me. But the second suitcase has never been delivered and I have not received my money. I have phoned takealot 4 times and explained the situation. On their end they tell me they have delivered the suitcase, their own App says it is out for delivery yet I have never received it. They cannot even find their own suitcase while keeping me in limbo for 2 months now. Last week I phoned takealot , they commited to phone me back within the week but I'm still waiting. Be warned everyone, Takealot delivers well, but they cannot solve complex problems. I live in Saudi Arabia and ordered the suitcases 3 weeks prior to our arrival in SA. We were in SA for 3 weeks and still got no &1cm suitcase delivered. I have been back in Saudi for a month and still no refund has been done although I have requested a cancellation of the order several times now. My contact number in Saudi is + ********** 27400.</p>
