My treadmill order has not arrived

My husband and I ordered a Reebok GT50 Series Treadmill - Black and a WONPRO universal AC adapter.

Takealot said our order would be delivered on Friday 08 Sept 2017.

On Thurs 07 Sept 2017 they delivered the Universal AC adapter. When I asked about where the treadmill is, the delivery guy said he was only given the one parcel that he delivered.

On the slip that I signed I made a note that the treadmill was still missing.

When my husband tracked the order it was showing that it had been delivered (including the treadmill that is still missing)

On Frid 08 Sept 2017 morning I called Takealot, I spoke to Nicole who said the treadmill would be delivered before the end of the day. It did not arrived.

So around 18h00 Frid 08 Sept 2017 I called again. I spoke to another guy, I forgot his name right now, I'll check in my diary later. He said on his side it shows that the delivery has arrived. I told him what happened he said he will check with the courier.

We are really worried, a treadmill is too big for no one to know what happened to it.
