A massive thank you to Takealot re. order #***. They have mastered the art of online business, from the selection process to final payment. Their website is functional and very user friendly. For such a massive business, it was fascinating to observe how they were able to keep abreast of my order. They went out of their way to facilitate my early delivery. From Gauteng to Kimberly to Bloemfontein - Takealot managed the process with aplomb. Their communication at all levels was superb. This is what customer service and care is all about. Now I'm under under instruction from the Samsung Premium/Signature Team not to open the box till their installation team arrives to install. This is for purposes of accountability. Of interest to consumers is that Samsung offers a premium installation service to their customers who purchase high end products as identified and listed by Samsung. It's at no cost depending on the item and Samsung adds in an additional warranty. In my case 2 plus an additional 3 years. Thank you Samsung.
