My take on "Takealot"

Before I start, I would like to state that this review is going to "takealot" of your time, but it's going to change your life for the better. Let's not waste a second more and get straight into the review.

I got introduced to Takealot by a friend who would always order products from them, just like most people I was skeptical of buying products from an online retailer, I wondered what would happen? Would I receive my order? Would it be what I ordered? How long would it take? I had all these questions but no answers, so I stopped wondering and put the fear of loosing my hard earned money aside. I was curious to find out how Takealot worked and so you know curiosity is what killed the cat, but not this cat I tell you.

Infact using Takealot was one of the best decisions I've made in my entire 23 years of existence but let me elaborate why I say this. personally my experiences with Takealot have been nothing but amazing, so when I heard they were giving away vouchers I simply couldn't ignore it, just one of the many reasons why I like Takealot they always giving us what we need.

The first time I used Takealot they immediately offered to drop the product at my doorstep, and during these times of the Covid Pandemic this service was essential, Infact if you think about it Takealot saved alot of lives. The service is by far amazing the staff come prepared wearing masks and protective gloves they sanitized my package and my hands before giving it to me whilst keeping a safe distance.

I pledge my allegiance to Takealot they made shopping simple, firstly with their wife range of products that are easily accessible from the takealot app not to mention the crazy sales they have on a daily basis , Its soo crazy I swear you miss a sale every time you blink on Takealot. The Bluedot sale it the mother of all sales that occurs once a year, I mean it makes "Black - Friday Deals" look like regular prices. the amount of items on offer on the Bluedot sale make you feel like Christmas came early.

But above everything else I value the companies customer service, they treat you like Royalty I honestly felt valued. I call recall an incident that happened recently... I had bought a pair of headphones from another store I lost the receipt they headphones malfunctioned and I couldn't return them because I lost the slip but that's before I was on Takealot I had similar situation happen with a product I had bought on Takealot they malfunctioned but instead of them telling me it's my problem they had everything sorted, they had my history of my purchases online, I simply sent a text regarding the problem, they responded immediately, they told me they'd send an employee to fetch the product as soon as possible at a time that was convenient for me, free of charge. After the collection of the product, the product was sent in for inspection to determine if it was actually a problem with the product or was it tampered with. after the 2 days I was contacted and given the opportunity to choose between a refund or to order the product again, This for me showed me that they weren't just after my money , they want me to be a satisfied client and in all honesty I am.
