My reviews keep getting removed and Takealot refuses to help me.

<p>I ahve tried to put this review on Hellopeter twice and both have been removed for some reason.</p> <p> </p> <p>I brought a baby travel system that didnt have the car seat advertised, I immediately contacted Takealot and queried it. They said I had to repack it and send it back. I was not happy with this as they were making their problem mine and not taking responsibility for mistake. I don't care whether it's a third party provider it's on your website and you should be more concerned with making your customers happy and not your sily returns processes. I gave feedback in this regard but I was not contacted. So this week I tried to do a return and was told it was out of the 30 day period. I keep getting different responses.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is the baby seat that I PAID FOR!!!!!! This is ****************, and I will NEVER use takealot again. </p>
