My returned pacel got lost in transit

On February 23rd, 2023, I initiated a return, which was supposed to result in me receiving my product back. However, as of that same date, the return was concluded without me receiving my product. Despite sending emails to Takealot, I have not received any answers about the whereabouts of my UPS. This situation has left me very disappointed in Takealot, as their customer service has been unsatisfactory. Not buying anything again at takealot
