My return was declined and I find it unacceptable

I ordered a Dean Koontz book and when I received it I noticed it was an audio book. The pic on the website is clearly a normal book and nowhere does it strictly tell you that it is an audio book. I took the audio book out the box, noticed it was a audio book and immediately logged a return for it (I did not even open the case). I found out today (not with them telling me but with me having to check online) that my return was declined.

I find this unacceptable as it does not CLEARLY state that this is an audio book and had I known I would have NEVER ordered it. I paid just under R600 for a book that I wanted in physical book form, not an audio book.

I am a loyal Takealot customer but will no longer be buying from them if this does not get rectified and I get my money back.
