My return please

I am fed , I always buy from takealot and never have any issues but this time you guys decided to bring me something I didn’t order and till date I have not received any feedback

I logged a return on the 16th and till date no feedback and when I email no one cares to give me answers , I want my order sorted with an apology pathetic
