My refund rejected due to user damage, yet the product was never used and send back in the original unopened takealot packaging.

Takealot used to be one of the best online buying web site, until recently. On 29 Nov 2017 I placed a order with several items, one of witch was a beach umbrella for the holidays when we go to the beach. Takealot took forever to deliver the item and this forced me to buy another umbrella. The items finally arrived 18 Dec 2017 after being send to an old address in Mpumalanga province, yet it clearly said Western Cape on the send to address(this has happened twice with takealot). The takealot umbrella was not even removed from its original takealot packaging and defiantly not used. I send the umbrella back for a refund and I received an email stating that I will not receive a refund as there is user damage to the umbrella. Yet the umbrella was send back to Takealot in the unopened takealot packaging. I tried to explain this to them via several email and every time I get a different person to explain the story to. Since then Takealot has send back the umbrella, but I have no need for it. I would like my refund. At this point in time, I would order my online items from Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk, they deliver faster then takealot and is cheaper most of the time.
