my refund please

please can i have my refund , bought things at take a lot and i paid using your service and take a lot did not receive the payment from payfast and the cancelled the order ,

can i please have my money back as the payment was made 3 weeks ago and take a lot does not even care to help me get my money back cause they have payfast on their website so it feels like they all in this **** and just shielding with payfast. cause if payfast is not making payment on time why do they still give their customer option to pay via payfast knowing they dont deliver. NEED MY MONEY BACK . will forward this email to speak out cause clear u guys like attention . will give u the attention u need as im not the only one complaining.
