My Refund

I purchased a TV from takealot since 2019 however the year 2021 it started to give me problems, I asked for the TV to be fixed off which I waited for more than 6 weeks for my TV to fixed as I was told they're waiting for the supplier it's out of warranty. I was out of patience I asked for my refund I was told I will get my refund within 2 working days it's been over 2 weeks in my bank account since the wait and I have been sending numerous emails with no reply. Take a lot has not gotten back to me to date.
