My Order was cancelled with notifying me

On the 7th January 2021, I bought an Item from Takealot - they forwarded a proof that they will deliver this item on the 12 January 2012 (one the drivers phoned me to come and collect the item bought, but I was not around - and I did ask him whether is it possible to come in the place where I was when he phoned me -at a distance of 20 minutes drive, he said he can't) - but he promised to delivered it on Friday 15 January 2021. NB I 've discovered that my order was cancelled now... I Don't know Why??? -"Hello Peter" can you please ask the superiors that is it the way they run the business.
