My order never arrived and lousy refund policies

I made an order on the 16 October for my mom's phone, I was told the order will arrive 19th then 20th today is the 25th my order never arrived . My mom was supposed to leave to Limpopo on friday with a new phone and Now nothing really happend. I am not impressed with the service received when and the way they handled the matter, I am now told i will get my refund in 5days i think thats an absolute nonsense as they failed me dismally and i now i need to dig into my pocket to pay extra for my mom's transport as she missed her lift due to takealot.com all i need is my refund immediately as I am not interested in other internal matters
