My order has not arrived after 4 weeks of waiting.

I placed an order on the 30th of much but I still have not received it. I've been sending messages regarding my order that was meant to be delivered on the 17th of April it never arrived. I had a chat with many agents from takealot all promising to help and that I will receive my order on the 24th of April no later than 5pm but, that never happened.

Because of this I would like to cancel this order for a full refund. I tried to be patient but Takealot clearly doesn't care. I would like my money back before the end of this month. I am tired. Call me on my number *** to process the cancellation. This is really unacceptable.
