My order being delivered to the wrong address

I would like to express my deeply devastation about a poor and bad service i received from takealot company yesterday I was expecting my order to be delivered instead they took it to the wrong address. what makes me so angry is that i diid call them and notify that I've changed the address and the consultant/representative i was talking to did confirm that they change my address and she even sent me an e-mail confirming that. but now i am so surprise that they sent my order to the incorrect address. I even called them and they said i must start a new order which is going to delay and inconvenience me which is going to take another two weeks . my order number is ***
