My nightmare with Takealot.com

I had a harrowing experience buying on Takealot.com for the first time. I ordered a PSP game on sale before the Black Friday frenzy and secured the sale with a payment through my credit card. Takealot.com delivered a CD to me and when I called to alert them they were most unhelpful.

They have now resorted to give me a credit of the amount on my Takealot profile instead of giving me a refund for my purchase or at the very least deliver to me what I ordered to begin with.

They spoiled my son’s Christmas as this is what he wanted as a present. Im very unhappy and disappointed with their poor service.

I want my money back not their Takealot credits…or the game I initially ordered!
