My missing items bought from Takealot

I ordered an item from Takealot on the 24th of November, it was supposed to be delivered last week. I waited for the entire week no delivery came..when I try to contact the delivery people that they say my parcel is with I’m being told that they can’t find it. I have been on a calls with DPD courier the entire morning and up until now I haven’t gotten clarity with what’s going on with my order! I am frustrated, furious and worried that my items are lost and there is no way to contact Takealot, the contact number on their page just rings and no one tends to it
