My microwave or refund i owe you nothing

I'm so angry i can't even say much because their head office is in cape town i bought microwave 20L last year august now is giving me problem since i return microwave on 18 April 2025 no communication no feedback from Takealot Shaa-Ieq.G person act as if they are fixing my issue but i don't see any difference i went to four ways branch they give me numbers to call customer service Zikhona K told me she send them email same story time and again I'm tired i can't even get refund because I already clicked return and ask for replacement but still nothing they don't care
